Misty Myler is a wife, mother, pilates teacher, female pelvis specialist, and hormone coach. She is on a mission to empower women through movement and education. Misty has over a decade of experience teaching pilates, yoga, barre, and movement. She is an advocate of female wellness and her works have sold thousands of copies to women in over 70 countries. 

Align 28 is the first of its kind to offer phase specific fitness and education for women. They believe your fitness routine should not add to your stress levels, but rather, alleviate them. They prioritize long term health, and whole body approach to fitness.
